Alan's Handyman Jobs does not sell personal information. If you contact Alan by text, phone or Instagram, information you choose to share is handled through those communication services and used to respond to your inquiry or discuss requested work.

If you choose to leave a review, Google Sign-In is used through Firebase Authentication to verify the account submitting it. The review system stores your Google display name, profile image URL, star rating, review text and technical account identifier in Firebase so the review can be moderated, displayed and associated with the account that submitted it.

Submitted reviews are published after the signed-in user submits them. Public reviews display the reviewer's name, Google profile image, rating and review text. You can contact Alan to request removal of a review.
